Shipping & handling charges are based on the amount of your order and the shipping method chosen.
- Standard Shipping (UPS Ground; Orders under 1 lb. may be shipped US Post Office First Class Mail). Delivery time is estimated from 1 – 6 business days. UPS orders can be tracked. In-stock items are shipped same day or next day. Backorders receive complimentary free shipping and are shipped when all backorders are back in stock. We choose method of delivery.
Shipping Rates – Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped via the United States Post Office. The two shipping options available are Priority Mail with an estimated shipping time of 3 – 5 business days or Express Mail with an estimated shipping time of 2 – 3 business days. Once you order has been placed, we will call or email you with the rates for the two shipping options. We will also notify you of any backordered items which will be placed on a separate order with its own shipping charge. Your order will be shipped once you approve one of the shipping methods. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your order will be placed into quotation status, where items may become backordered.

International Orders are shipped via the United States Post Office. The two shipping options available are Priority Mail International with an estimated shipping time of 6 – 10 business days or Express Mail International with an estimated shipping time of 3 – 5 business days. Once you order has been placed, we will call or email you with the rates for the two shipping options. We will also notify you of any backordered items which will be placed on a separate order with its own shipping charge. Your order will be shipped once you approve one of the shipping methods. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your order will be placed into quotation status, where items may become backordered. All rates are in US dollars.
Shipping times are estimated, for on occasion there can be delays at the borders. Even though educational materials are often exempt, you are responsible for any duties, customs or fees imposed. Rates quoted are the exact rates the United States Post Office charges us. There are no additional shipping or handling fees from us. Rates vary depending on the weight of the package and distance shipped.
Shipping Rates – APO, FPO and DPO Orders
APO, FPO and DPO orders are shipped via the United States Post Office using Priority Mail. As a small token of our appreciation to our military families overseas, you will be charged either the standard shipping rate or the actual shipping rate, whichever is less.
