Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any of our products, simply exchange or return it in new, resalable condition within 30 days for a full refund of the item(s). There is no need to call us, simply download the form using the link below. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this policy to downloadable pdf's, eBooks, syllabi, open CDs, or open DVDs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We strongly advise that you insure all Post Office Returns. We also ask that you re-pack your merchandise securely, including packing material and reinforcements when necessary.
