Can I place an order online, but send a check for payment?
No problem. After you click “Checkout” from your shopping cart, you have the opportunity to enter or change your billing information. Instead of using a credit card, choose Alternate Payment which allows you to send a personal check. One of our friendly customer service representatives will call you to confirm that you are indeed paying by check. Remember that orders over $150 may be subject to a 10 business day hold.
I don’t want to use my credit card on the website. Can I place my order online, but provide the credit card information over the phone?
Sure you can. After you click “Checkout” from your shopping cart, you have the opportunity to enter or change your billing information. Instead of using a credit card, choose Alternate Payment. When our friendly customer service representative calls you, you can provide your credit card information over the phone. Your credit card information can also be faxed to 302-325-4336. For your own security, do not email your credit card information to us.
How can I add to an order I just placed on-line?
The best way to add to an order is to call us or email us right away. We can import your order immediately and add the items you need to add and save you shipping costs. Also, since we personally review all our orders before final processing you can also place a new order on-line and we will combine the orders to save you shipping!
How can I cancel an order?
Just give us a call or email us right away and we can cancel the order for you.
How can I make a special request for an item I need but cannot find on the website?
We hope to be a help and therefore we will help you locate the items you need to educate your children. Quite often we can special order any items you need. Just email us or call with your request!
